RETURN POLICY

In the case where the customer wishes to replace a product with another one, all transportation and refund costs, if applicable, fall under their responsibility.
In the case where, by mistake, you received a different product than the one ordered, we assume the return costs and will make every effort to replace the product as soon as possible. In the case where replacement is not desired, you will receive the money back within a maximum of 14 calendar days from returning the product.
